Your effluent is a rich source of nutrients, so being able to spread across your whole farm will give you a massive boost in grass growth and soil health. Having a good amount of storage is one thing, but it’s not going to do you much good if you don’t get it onto the paddocks. A Nevada Tandem Axle Slurry Tanker is a great tool to get that job done. You can haul bigger loads, so you’ll make fewer trips. All you need is a tractor with 100-200hp and it will make easy work of spreading your effluent. The four flotation tyres give you heaps of stability.
This is a standard piece of kit on the 10,000L and larger tankers. Combine this 8 inch Auto-Fill Arm with the large pond side easel, and you have a Ezy-load system that will make your life so much easier. All you have to do is align the auto-filling arm with the large pond-side filling station, drop it in, and the pump does all the rest. You don’t need to leave your cab, or drag hoses around – none of that. Clean, no hassle, the job of filling up the tanker is done smoothly and quickly. Pull up to your pond and the tanker is filled in minutes. It is quick, allowing you to get more effluent onto your paddocks in less time.
All Nevada Slurry Tankers come standard with heavy-duty Italian Battioni vacuum pumps, built to handle the demands of dairy farming. These PTO-driven pumps are well-suited for thick slurries and offer reliable performance across a wide range of applications.
Tandem axle tankers are fitted with Battioni pumps that have long-life vanes, air injection, and Integrated Crash Protection (ICP) to safeguard internal components. With a reinforced build and enhanced features, these pumps are engineered for an extended 70% duty cycle—ideal for the increased workload and capacity of larger slurry tankers.
With a Nevada Tandem Axle Slurry Tanker, you get a smoother ride, which allows for faster travel and also helps reduce track damage across the farm. It achieves this with a drawbar featuring multi-leaf spring suspension to absorb shock loading, helping protect both the tractor and driver from stress and fatigue. Tandem axle models also include parabolic leaf springs on the axles, chosen for their superior stability and reliability.
All Nevada slurry tankers include large hydraulic braking on every wheel. This ensures a safe and reliable operation, giving you more control, as well as a manual park brake.
Nevada tankers are built with caster steering and hydraulic lockout, providing easy turning for the majority of farming situations.
Hydraulic and pneumatic suspension is available on request for tandem and triple axle models.
Contractors doing a lot of work moving around tight corners, or having to back up around tight corners opt for forced steering, where steering is hydraulically driven from the tractor.

Every Nevada Slurry Tanker comes with a RainWave™ effluent applicator as standard, and owners enthuse about the performance.
The Nevada RainWave™ is an oscillating system that is self-driven – there is no hydraulic or electric drive, it simply oscillates from side to side. This simplicity delivers a nice wide and even spread of effluent across the paddock. As the system oscillates, large droplets fall through the grass/crop onto the ground surface. The immediate benefit is virtually no wind drift issues or volatilisation of nitrogen disappearing into the atmosphere, with minimal smell or odour. It also gives you very precise control and accurate spreading, so you can reach every corner of your farm.

Nevada slurry tankers & stirrers are high-quality and trusted by New Zealand farmers for safety and reliability. That is why they are supported with a two year warranty, and backed by customer service that is second to none.
